The Israeli-German pianist Ido Ramot began his career at the age of 9 with the Johannesburg Symphony Orchestra. He obtained his Bachelor and Master of Music under the direction of Eldar Nebolsin at the Hochschule für Music “Hanss Eisler” in Berlin.

He performs throughout Europe, the Middle East and the United States. His competition victories include the Chopin Competition in Tel-Aviv, the Maria Canals in Barcelona as well as the European Piano Competition in Bremen.

He has collaborated with Vladimir Feltsman, Ilana Vered, Murray Perahia, Richard Goode and Susan Starr.
