Dmitrii Kalashnikov, originally from Russia, was born in Moscow in 1994.
Graduated with distinction from the Moscow Middle Gnessins School of Music, he was a pupil of Ada Traub and Tatiana Vorobieva. He also graduated from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory and was a student of Elena Kuznetsova.
He is currently a student at the Royal College of Music in London.

Dmitrii won the 1st prize of the Les Étoiles du Piano competition during the 2nd edition, in 2019.

He was invited to various recitals and was much appreciated by the public who discovered his talent.
